01. [Substance] – VDK-██/██/
Codename: Vodka
Registry Tag: CD-GZH/MAT/02
Status: Deployed – Restricted Circulation
Description:
VDK-██/██/ (commonly referred to as “Vodka”) is a human-derived structural fluid developed under the direction of the Biotech Division of the Cemented Dreams Central Bureau. It is used to activate, nourish, and regulate various architectural cores.
The generation process is irreversible. VDK-██/██/ is extracted from High Conformant Subjects through a spinal direct-extraction apparatus, then processed and purified under strict low-temperature conditions. The substance cannot be artificially synthesized. Its stability and architectural reactivity are directly influenced by the donor’s cognitive condition, ideological orientation, and emotional residue.
Notes:
Often misread as “Vodka” due to its clear appearance, faint sweetness, and unmistakably human scent, VDK-██/██/ requires a dedicated cold-chain injection system during administration. Among Operators, it is colloquially referred to as “the blood of buildings.”
“It is made of people. It smells like people. When you inject it into the building, the structure knows—
and it knows you could become it too.”
— Greyzone Bioethics Note §5.6.1

02. Operator
Role Designation: Structural Injection Specialist
Assignment Authority: Cemented Dreams Central Bureau
Description:
As an Operator of Cemented Dreams,
you are assigned to designated structural zones to restore and reactivate decaying architecture.
Your primary directive is to inject VDK-██/██/ — a human-derived cognitive fluid — directly into the architectural core.
Each injection site holds its own memory.
Each structure has its own threshold for obedience.
You are not here to ask—but to pour.
You ensure the structure remembers—and learns to comply.
Operators must perform under strict Faith Alignment Protocols and Memory Shielding Systems, with zero deviation from the Central Codex.
Emotional interference will result in immediate reassignment or termination.

03. Internal Occupants (Classified Hostiles)
Codename: The Lunar Underside
Registry Tag: CD-GZH/ENEMY/01
Status: Active – Uncontained
Description:
The so-called “internal occupants” are collectives residing within failed structures. Originally registered citizens under the Cemented Dreams Central Bureau, they were systematically expelled due to ideological divergence, behavioral protocol violations, or refusal to comply with the Faith Alignment Protocol.
Yet they did not flee, nor did they vanish. Instead, they withdrew into decaying buildings—structures barely alive. Within these memory-bearing shells, they formed self-organized micro-societies, reanimating the abandoned architecture into dwellings with unknown functions.
Known Affiliations: None (formerly registered civilians)
Threat Level: Variable — Known to disrupt local injection flows and structural obedience systems.
Remarks:
Internal documents and intercepted Operator logs often refer to them as “the dark side of the moon”—not for where they reside, but for what they symbolize: an echo Cemented Dreams chose to erase.
“They are not the ones who left. They are what remained when the system turned away.”
— Internal Memo [Redacted] §9.2.1

04. Cemented Dreams
Supranational Bureau of Structural Governance
Cemented Dreams is the most consolidated supranational authority of the current epoch—positioned above regional governments and sovereign systems. It exerts full control over global architectural reactivation, spatial cognition governance, and the construction of faith alignment protocols on a planetary scale.
Operating under the principle that “architecture is order,” Cemented Dreams reconfigures social structures into injectable, programmable, and obedient organic systems.
Rather than relying on conventional infrastructure development, Cemented Dreams utilizes human-derived resource extraction (VDK-██/██/) and architectural persona activation protocols to convert belief, memory, and cognitive residue into the fundamental fuel for structural operation. It governs not only the state of architecture—but the very condition of those who dwell within it.
The organization possesses its own legislative systems, structural enforcement units, ethical arbitration rights, and global cultural integration protocols. Any city, structure, or human entity found in noncompliance with its system may be subject to injection suspension or cognitive reclamation.
